  • 1 fresh fish (such as sea bass or cod)
  • Ginger, julienned
  • Scallions, cut into segments
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

How to make it

Rinse the fish and place it on a steaming plate.

Generously spread KIMLAN Steamed Fish Sauce over the fish.

Sprinkle with julienned ginger and scallion segments.

Place the steaming plate into a steamer and steam over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.

Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
