    • 50g Kimlan Lower Sodium Soy Sauce
    • 50g rice wine
    • 10g sugar
    • 80cc water
    • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

How to make it

Pour Kimlan Lower Sodium Soy Sauce into a pot, add rice wine, sugar, and water, and bring the marinade to a boil. Stir well, add the minced garlic, and allow the sauce to cool.

In a separate pot, boil water and carefully place the eggs into the water using a spoon. Stir the eggs continuously in the boiling water to keep the yolks centered.

Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let the eggs sit for 1 minute.

Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in an ice water bath to cool.

Peel the eggs and soak them in the marinade overnight in the refrigerator. The soy sauce marinated soft-boiled eggs are ready to serve.
